権限を厳しくしちゃったのか？ ユーザー管理の設定をいじっていたら管理者でも アクセスできなくなってしまいました……(;_;) 「権限が無いから….ダメ」だそうです。
ちょっと、見た感じではすぐに直りそうに無かったので、安直な再インストールを実行….2ファイルをアップしてinstall.php Enter で約2分ぐらいで再インストールは終了。
まあ、下記の様なエラーが出ましたがOKのようです。 また、設定を1からやり直しか～……….(ーー;)
